Safeguarding Annual Report 2015

File type: PDF

Here at the Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital, we aim to make sure that all of our children and young people are kept safe while in our care. We want to give our children and young people a voice as well as the confidence to talk about any issues they may have. In order to do this we have put in place safe systems to highlight when children may be at risk and are in need of support.

We have raised awareness of sexual abuse, as well as other issues which helps to identify and safeguard vulnerable children and young people. Feedback from families and young people about how we can improve our safeguarding processes is always welcome.
