Birmingham Children’s Hospital is close to three main railway stations in the city:
- Birmingham Snow Hill - 5 minutes walk
- Birmingham Moor Street - 10 minutes walk
- Birmingham New Street - 15 minutes walk

If you are travelling by bus to Birmingham city centre, you can check your bus route and city centre bus locations by telephoning Network West Midlands on 0871 200 2233 or visiting their website.
The A38 city centre tunnels will be closed for six weeks from Friday 19 July until Monday 2 September. This will effect routes to the hospital. Please see our dedicated page for more information.
If you come to the hospital by car, allow extra time for busy city centre traffic and potential parking difficulties. Have a look at the available parking options here.

The Midland Metro tram service runs between Birmingham Snow Hill station, a ten-minute walk away, to Wolverhampton St George’s via West Bromwich, Bilston and Wednesbury. It runs seven days a week, every 8-15 minutes.
