Ms Angela Casey
Angela graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1981 as a teacher and then left teaching to become a nurse in 1988. She has since worked in both adult and paediatric nursing.
Angela has worked at BCH since 1994 and has been a clinical nurse specialist in paediatric endocrinology since 1997. Angela is an active member of the Royal College of Nursing Paediatric Endocrine Special Interest Group and British Society of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Nurse Group. Recently Angela contributed to the recently updated 'RCN Competencies: an integrated career and competency framework for paediatric endocrine nurse specialists' and represented the RCN at the NICE review of Growth Hormone in Children.
